- Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from receipt to request an exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Initiating an Exchange
Contact us at friend@mykoalapal.com to start the exchange process. Ship the original item to: 3369 S Federal Hwy, Suite E, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
- Important Exchange Procedures
Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
- Concerns Regarding Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Notify us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received an incorrect item. We'll address the issue ASAP.
- Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Queries About Specific Items
Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Exchanging Items
The quickest route to get the desired item is to return the current one. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refund Process
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
- Delayed Refunds
